Sharing Poetry : Twinning York-Dijon #15
To celebrate the upcoming 70th anniversary of the twinning between York and Dijon (which began in 1953), the York-Dijon Twinning Group has launched a Poetry-Share project for all participants in York and Dijon!
In this bilingual project, we have asked our participants to write and send us poems based around their respective cities, all proudly featured on our blog and Instagram account.
For our next poem, we proudly present “Au lac Kir de Dijon” by Yolaine Blanchard.

Afin de célébrer le 70ème anniversaire du jumelage entre York et Dijon (établi en 1953), le Groupe de Jumelage York-Dijon a lancé un partage de poésie pour les habitants de York et Dijon!
Dans ce projet bilingue, nous proposons à nos participants des deux villes d’écrire et de nous envoyer des poèmes qui prennent comme sujet leurs villes respectives, afin d’être publiés sur notre blog ainsi que sur notre compte Instagram.
Pour notre prochain poème, nous sommes fiers de présenter “Au lac Kir de Dijon” de Yolande Blanchard.
