Enrolment to weekly classes
Please make sure you have read and consent to our Cancellation and Postponement policy (see below).
Fees information is available on the French classes page - click here to find out the fees for your course.
Cash: We accept cash payments at our office.
Cheques: Please make payable to Alliance Française de York.
Bank transfer: We will send you account information once we have received your enrolment form. When making your transfer, please specify the course title and number and your name.
If you require a receipt, please include a self-addressed envelope when sending your registration form and your payment.

AFDY collects data for its own administrative purposes only. None of the information collected through this form will ever be communicated to any third party. AFDY stores personal data in a safe, locked storage space, for one academic year only, after which AFDY destroys all personal data.
Cancellation and Postponement
Before the course has started:
The Alliance Française de York reserves the right to cancel a course when there are insufficient numbers. In that case only, fees will be refunded in full. If we receive written notification of your decision to withdraw from a course at least two weeks before the course is due to start, you will receive a refund of your fees, less a £20 administration fee. In the event of a postponement on your part, we will issue you with a credit note for a future course with no administration fee charged.
Once a course has started:
The Alliance Française de York reserves the right to close a course due to circumstances beyond its control. Fees will then be refunded pro rata. The Alliance Française de York regrets that there will be no refunds for classes not attended or for the withdrawal from a course by the student, for whatever reason, once the course has started.
